To date, there are no regulations in the field specifically on mobile racking installations related to the prevention of hazards and safety during an earthquake event. We therefore set out to address this grave problem in a serious and disciplined manner.
A specific calculation report is issued on all seismic-resistant installations that certifies the mobile warehouse as suitable for the area of installation. The calculation is performed keeping in mind the subsurface category, topography, class of use and rated life of the warehouse by sizing the installation according to the flow rates and possible accelerations related to the seismic event.
Compatt also patented a special guide where, in addition to the sliding of the plant, it combines a system of connectors that prevent its possible overturning. Patent filed No. 102019000017030.
